发展你的关系网, 找工作, and job application skills while exploring career interests and building your professional network with an individual Laurentian mentor. Our LINC Mentoring Program individually matches you with an alumni or parent mentor who understands your goals and passions.

You can take part in the LINC Mentoring Program at the start of your sophomore year, or wait until your junior year to get involved. Not only will you foster a relationship you’ll be able to lean on throughout your time at St. 劳伦斯及其他, but you’ll also hone the practical skills you’ll need to pursue internship and job opportunities with confidence.

You'll also have the ability to indicate that you'd like our team to take diversity and inclusion attributes into consideration alongside your career interests during the matching process. This allows us to better connect you with a mentor who shares a similar background—empowering stronger bonds over shared experiences.

Spend part of your winter or spring break connecting with alumni and 父母 where they live and work in cities across the country. You’ll attend industry-based roundtable discussions, 公司实地考察, and networking events to get a sense of how and where our alumni are having an impact.
